Project description
The Martin family called on Krieghoff-Lenawee to reconstruct their family business in downtown Tecumseh after excessive ice and snow resulted in a roof failure.
This retail project included the
construction of a new two-story building addition totaling 33,000 square feet. Although a fairly large retail space, the new addition's masonry work, awnings, and facade fit seamlessly with the village-like surroundings of downtown Tecumseh. The project was completed in a mere twelve months, from the initial design stage to the day the Martin's reopened their doors for
business.
